I can't just stop laughing when I spot this pics on a co_blogger blog and I decided to drop it.
Kaduna of all state, well I believe God will elevate this Nation up beyond what we're praying for. Am still in shock after seeing this Photo of a Prison in Kaduna..
But don't they allocate fund to the Governor of this state ?
