President Muhammadu Buhari is currently being mocked on social media over the unprecedented increase in the number of youths in the black market selling scarce fuel.
A social media user has teased Buhari over the scathing experience of fuel scarcity in Nigeria which has seen several unemployed Nigerian youth take to the illegal marketing of fuel at skyrocketed prices to make quick money.
According to Twitter jokes, Buhari has created 3 million jobs in the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, department of Street Petrol Hawking Division.
