President Barak Obama as been sued by 15-year-old Environmentalist for Failing to Act on Climate Change

A boy who is not satisfied with president Barak Obama's policies on climate change has sued him before an American court for his inability to canvass better policies to save the climate.

An irate climate change warrior has slapped President Obama with a law suit. The 15-year-old Xiuhtezcatl Tonatiuh of Colorado, is showing his disappointment towards Obama's lack of action in regards to climate change.

Tonatiuh who received a U.S Community Service Award in 2013, which was presented to him by President Obama for his environmental activism feels the President should have acted decisively morethan what he has done to save the planet.Tonatiuh along with climatologist James Hansen, are suing the Obama administration for inaction regarding the use of fossil fuels. Tonatiuh is one of 21plaintiffs suing the president for his failure to stop fossil fuels in the U.S.

"Seeing giant fossil fuel corporations inject themselves into this case, which is about our future, really demonstrates the problem we are trying to fix,"Tonatiuh said.

He hopes the lawsuit will show Obama how serious and disappointed they are with his administration especially when it comes to tackling climate change.The Colorado teenager hopes the lawsuit sends a message to Obama.

"It's basically a bunch of kids saying you're not doing your job,"said Tonatiuh,
